Current Programmes: Learning Through Drama

We offer a range of Learning Through Drama workshops which include Preparation for the World of Work, Creative Thinking, Challenging Situations, Team-building, Presentations and Communications. They are part of the Youth Start Project, funded by London Councils; and are free to young people living in the following boroughs: Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lewisham and Southwark.

We invite schools, colleges and organisations, which support them, in these boroughs to contact us to find out how your young people may benefit from a Learning Through Drama workshop.

Using actors to bring to life and explore a range of issues has proved to be very engaging and effective; and feed-back from learning providers and young people has been equally positive.

Feedback from learning providers:

Excellent. Thanks for a great day. The young people were from a special school and you made them come out of themselves and allowed them to show how great they are. All good and aimed well to the specific needs of this group

Feedback from young people about what they had gained from a workshop

Confidence, people skills and work skills. To speak what you think in a group. To speak out loud. To get up and perform in front of the group. How to come across properly. Showing good body language.
