About UsMy Voice LondonWe help young people in South London to achieve their full potential by ensuring they make the most of their educational opportunities and preparing them for adult and working life. Our programmes address the needs of all young people, but we focus particularly on the most disadvantaged. The lives of young people are becoming increasingly complex. Even those who come from loving, stable and financially sound homes encounter pressures in school and personal relationships, not experienced by previous generations. Those facing additional disadvantages - the victims of poverty, abuse, bullying or crime, or young people with learning or behavioural problems - often find their life chances permanently impaired. We aim to provide support at key points in young people's lives to enable them to play fulfilling roles as engaged, economically active members of society. |

All in our team combine real respect and empathy for young people with a commitment to the very highest standards of project management. This was seen by the team of assessors for the new national Award for Education Business Excellence: "highly regarded by all, education and business alike, who praised the organisation, describing it and its staff as 'proactive, creative, responsive, reliable, totally committed, having a positive / can do attitude, passionate, having good rapport, outstanding relationships, inclusive, and not bound by the rule book'." As an education business partnership, My Voice London draws on its close relationships with schools and employers to develop and run a series of focused programmes for young people - workshops, mentoring, citizenship projects and direct business/education links. |
